De-armouring is a holistic practice focused on releasing trauma, and emotional blockages stored in the mind, body and vagina area. The aim is to help individuals heal past sexual wounds, increase pleasure and sensitivity in the yoni (vulva), and enhance overall well-being and sexual satisfaction.

The De-armouring is the main opening session and has 3 main goals:
I. Education - To provide foundational theory and introduce new sexual skills.
II. Diagnostic - To understand more about your situation and initiate impactful changes.
III. De-armouring - To remind your mind and body how to respond to partner signals and sensual energy flow.
